The A2SERVER scripts themselves are written primarily by Ivan Drucker and released under the WTFPL version 2, which you may download from its web page at http://www.wtfpl.net/txt/copying/. This is essentially a public domain release, which doesn't extend to the other programs used by A2SERVER such as netatalk or the various Linux tools it installs. These have their own license terms and Copyrights.
