List available SPNs

SPNs are a important component on windows that create impact on a successful authentication workflow when using Windows Integrated Authentication. It Would be nice to Have a Feature to List all the SPNs.

Do you want to have the information available in the logs that are zipped, or do you want a button that gives the info in the UI?

Its more useful to have it in the logs that are zipped to keep to current behavior of other information that is collected also. If possible we should store that under specific schema. That will help to implement automatic troubleshooting in the future. Despite overlapping with kerberosConfigMgrIIS features since log-catcher collects web.configs and certificates we can do similiar analysis in the future if we see that it will add value to that need.
