The distributed memory Hessenberg-triangular reduction is implemented as a
ScaLAPACK wrapper and PDGGHRD subroutine (Lars Karlsson, Björn Adlerborn) is
included with the library. The test program includes Matrix Market I/O library
for ANSI C (http://math.nist.gov/MatrixMarket).
