add run time info in a log file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The component run time info is needed in the UFS coupled runs, this includes ww3 when it is included as a model component in the configuration.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add run time log in the ESMF phases to include initialization time, model advance time, waiting time between model coupling step, finalization time in ww3 mesh cap.

As reference, corresponding changes were added to fv3atm, mom6 and cice6. The corresponding PRs are:
