In the point output post-processor ww3_outp and ww3_ounp the value HSMIN is hardcoded as 0.05 m. If significant wave height is equal or less than HSMIN, a number of parameters are not calculated and are simply set to 0. Parameters affected in outp are: peak period, peak direction, peak spread, mean period, mean direction, mean wave length, mean spread.

Opinions on whether this check should be dropped entirely, left as is or if HSMIN should become a namelist parameter?
