Doxygen: fix marked files with incomplete html displays #861

Some files marked with doxygen tags do not display all of their file components (SUBROUTINE/FUNCTION).

The cause(s) is currently unknown, though some of the problematic routines contain underscore characters '_' in their names.

Below is a running list of files that have been marked up, but set aside until troubleshooting can resolve this issue:

  • wmesmfmd.F90
  • w3uostmd.F90
  • w3sis2md.F90
  • w3sic5md.F90

Example, w3sic5md.F90:

  • List of SUBROUTINEs:
    image
  • html display:
    image
    Notice only 3 of 7 subroutines are displayed in the html.
