Description
The UFS-weather-model will be updated with this PR to enable the running of coupled model w/ aerosols on WCOSS2

The workflow needs to be updated/tested that it does run this configuration on WCOSS2.

Requirements
Run a case of coupled model on WCOSS2

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)
S2SWA configuration runs on WCOSS2 end-to-end.

Dependencies
UFS-weather-model PR 1507 -- has been merged.
