What new functionality do you need?

A few issues were noted when running HR5:

  • The wave fix file which is only needed for high resolution was not updated in PR Make assorted updates to waves #3190
  • The wave IC was not actually being read. This is for the worfklow part of this change as getting the code updated will take longer.
  • Need to point to new ICs for ci/cases/hires

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

Pull in HR5 bug fixes to develop.
