\pard\keepn\b Limitation of Liability\par
\pard\b0 The United States Government has used its best efforts to incorporate accurate and complete data into NUCOS.  Nevertheless, the United States Government does not warrant accuracy or completeness, is not responsible for errors and omissions, and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages flowing from the recipient\rquote s use of NUCOS.\par

The NUCOS software is being distributed \ldblquote as is\rdblquote  and the United States Government does not make any warranty claims, either express or implied, with respect to the NUCOS software, its quality, accuracy, completeness, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any intended purpose.\par
