Split into two crates:

  • ligero
  • arithmetic circuits

@Pratyush we were thinking of contributing the arithmetic circuit functionality into arkworks (either as a separate repo, or @Antonio95 suggests integrating into the snark repo as a 3rd crate there).

It's a way to define relations, like r1cs, I would have thought a better place would be somewhere along https://github.com/arkworks-rs/snark/tree/master/relations

Oh yeah, in that case yes, ark-relations would be a better fit
