Andrea Bado (Product Manager @Skyscanner): Validate your ideas before writing a line of code

The essence of the product development process is not the implementation itself, but understanding what we should build and how, and which ideas we should forget. Experimenting in the iOS world is tricky, as you need to build working solutions for every experiment - but if you focus more on discovering the user needs and collecting user feedback before building the feature, you can reduce the risk of wasted time and effort. I'd like to show a few tips and tricks for validating ideas before releasing them to the wider public.

  • Good and bad experiences with iTunes Connect
  • How to automate your whole release process
  • Are you confident when you push the "Release This Version" button
