the environment configuration is missing the following commands:

pip install PyQt5 or pip install PySide2
or 
conda install pyqt || conda install pyside2

The latest version of matplotlib doesn't work. Need to specify the version, matplotlib==3.7 works for me.

We should also add einops and evo

pip install einops evo
