How can I run the project on ubuntu server without GUI?

That means it's working. The testbed binary won't ever stop training -- that's the only thing it does in headless mode.

If you want to do something interesting with instant-ngp in headless mode, you need to use the Python bindings. See scripts/run.py for an example.
