The Logger popup does not pass proper tab ID to Quick Issue Reporter

When opening the Quick Issue Reporter with the popup panel inside the Logger, the tab ID that is passed to the Quick Issue Reporter is the ID of the Logger tab instead of the ID of the tab that is selected in the Logger.

Note that the force scroll mode button works as expected (injects the style to the selected tab instead of the Logger tab itself).
