Player item is resetting after some rounds.

Not tested with Music Kits, since i disabled it.
I currently using Coins and Pins, and this items is resetting after some rounds.
It just remove from Scoreboard, not in menu. Example; I select an item, when it 'reset' and i want to put again, in menu say i already have that item.

An possible fix for it maybe can be refresh item every round start (but in DM servers will not work, so maybe every respawn?)
