This repository is dedicated to the development of Resilient, a digital platform designed to integrate data from wearable devices. The platform generates comprehensive digital reports and provides clinical visualisations of daily health parameters, offering users meaningful insights into their health. Architeture

Resilient uses a modular architecture based on containers. The following image summarises it:

Requirements

  1. Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/tmi-lab/resilient.github.io.git
  1. Install Python .. for convenience

  2. Create a virtual environment for the project (optional, Instructions for macOS and Linux).

3.1 Install virtualenv (if not already installed)

  pip install virtualenv

3.2 Create the virtual environment

 python3 -m venv venv
  1. Activate the virtual environment.
 source myenv/bin/activate
  1. Install python libraries requirements
 pip install -r requirements
