Whindex Marker Deployment

The whindex concept was built a composite index based on the a subset of values in one field in a document. The whindex start date marker currently needs to be created manually in the metadata table. We would like this start date to be determined more automatically based on what is ingested. This could be by having ingest automatically add the markers, or perhaps the dated "i" entries and "f" entries can be used in the same way the federated query planner determines index holes.
