[Feature Request] Implement "FolderPath" Feature

Arcgis has a neat little feature on exporting KMZs which takes the name of a field and if it starts with a slash it will create subfolders on each slash appearance. This is not that diferent from the current KML Tools' implementation however the ability to have many subfolder levels is often required.

Thanks for that suggestion. For your information, I am only allowed to respond to bug reports. I am in the processing of handing this plugin over to another organization to maintain. It might take a few months given how slow the process is, but I am going to leave your enhancement suggestion and see if this is something the new organization can do.
