Video-to-image move into web server #64

We need to complete the following tasks to fully transfer the full video processing pipeline from colmap to the web server:

Move the actual vid_to_images function onto the webserver.
Restructure the database to store the images
Setup the server to send colmap images instead of just a video
Test the communications between the server and SFM
