Micro-services bundle architecture in the server.

I need to create special functionality which will allow us to disable certain parts of server functionality via command line arguments or config, which will technically turn server into group of the micro services which can be deployed separately on different hosts and therefore improve performance by delegating computation powers much wisely than with monolith server type.
