Make it possible to enable line numbers in commit message.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When commiting from status, I'd like to be able to see line numbers. I changed the setting disable_line_numbers to false, but that only changes the line numbers for the status buffer.

Make an option for changing line numbers for the commit message, or make the global setting apply to commit message.

Using autocommands to detect when entering a NeogitCommitMessage buffer to set line numbers.

I could just be missing something so please let me know. From my searching, it appears this feature is missing.

You can just use an ftplugin for gitcommit, no? Like:
