Deleting stash should refresh the stash view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When deleting a stash with x while I have opened "diff view on the right" for the given stash, the - now deleted - stash stays in the view, although my cursor is now on another item. Pressing enter to open (the current one) closes the window with the old first, so I need to open it again then.

Describe the solution you'd like
Having the "autorefresh" would simplify the flow of walking through old stashes & deleting them vastly; one would just:

• open one stash
• delete it on the left with x
• look for - now updated - view of another stash
• delete it again, ...

Also, maybe highlighting the currently opened stash would be helpful as well.

Maybe this is implemented in some auto-refresh way? I could not find...

I've added some visual indication of which item you're currently viewing. No auto-updating, but it's a start :)
