4.0.5 swiper组件无法手动滑动

复现步骤

只要将Swiper嵌套在ScrollView里面，就无法手动滑动Swiper

[ShaoGongBra]

注释掉 scrollView的handleTouchMove恢复正常，不知道有没有其他影响
