Users complained twice in past couple of days about the qos policy being not updated as part of this metric qos_volume_read_io_type that they use in their reporting. I do not see any warning, delay or errors in the logs. When I restart the poller, it updates the policy info on the metric.

The issue has been present in Harvest since its initial release. It specifically affects workload performance labels such as svm, volumeqtree, lun, file, policy-group, and workload. The problem arises when these labels are modified in ONTAP, as the changes are not reflected in Harvest.
it's important to note that any modifications to workload labels in ONTAP may take up to approximately 10 minutes to be reflected in Harvest. This delay is due to the instance configuration defined in the workload template, which governs the update process.
Fix is currently available via nightly builds and will be available in 23.11 release.
Tested in release branch 23.11 with commit a6f049f,
Changed policy-group from rahul1 to rahul2, Harvest updates new label to all the qos related metrics in next poll. ::> qos policy-group rename -policy-group rahul1 -new-name rahul2
