Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, if all PVCs (ontap-nas-economy driver) in the pool volume are deleted, the volume itself is not deleted. This function was already available in Trident and also works in ontap-san-economy.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Especially with fully automated de/provisioning of OpenShift environments, the SVM cannot be deleted because there are still volumes in it. Workaround is an Ansible Playbook, which deletes all existing (pool) volumes!
