Eureka/Asgard Integration -- Gradle script doesn't capture env config #12

After I set the EUREKA_ELB env, and run Gradle to build the new Asgard Deb, it doesn't find the env. Not 100% why it doesn't, but suspect this is a Gradle issue. Will test more later, just capturing this issue here.
