Port to DynamoDB from SimpleDB #291

Looking at the way amazon is trying its best to hide SimpleDB from the console IAM and everywhere else, shouldn't we think of porting to DynamoDB.

Also it seems like the future of simple db is not very clear. For me to find the policy of Create SimpleDB by itself was a difficult task.
