How does this work with the docker container?

Everything in the UI is just empty. I tried changing settings.py and then running jes,py, but it dies with 'connection refused'.

You might want to reach out to @savaki who contributed the docker container. It would also help to know where you're seeing these errors and provide more detail including stack traces so we have a better understanding of what is going on.
