With commit f961a98f6d 'Major restructuring of code' was list of rough time servers hidden #2

While commit f961a98 made he api much more simple it at the same time hide the list of rough time servers.
It would be nice if the list could be supplied in the call to vak_main() in order to have the list configurable.

Also the list now only contains roughtime.se, sth1.roughtime.netnod.se and sth2.roughtime.netnod.se.
Why has roughtime.cloudflare.com and roughtime.int08h.com been removed?
