Overdue improvements
Bugfixes:
- Fixes error with pack merging, in which the highest priority compressed file in a SARC always wins even if unmodified
- Fixes more bugs with enabling mods in Cemu 1.17

Fixes a bug that preventing RSTB estimates on merged files from working properly

Main change in this release is switching to syaz0 for faster compression time. There is also a fix for disabled mods when resorting and a couple minor code fixes.
Spit-shine
One improvement: a new hash table to avoid false positives for mods that included unmodded AAMP files which have been batch processed.

Mod enable/disable, bugfixes
Significant new feature: Now you can enable and disable mods in BCML with uninstalling and reinstalling, or precariously messing with the mods checked in Cemu.
Bugfixes
- More reliable uninstall, sort, etc. Should reduce need for remerging.
- Map merge options are now applied when logging, not just when merging.
Also adds prompts to uninstall and disable.
