Any plan to make editable merged cell in edit mode?

Looking at the read me, I believe merging cell was not required to wrap it with ```sheet ```.

But now you need to wrap it, make we lose the ability to edit the table. Which is very inconvenient if you have long table. Use Excel and screenshot it to obsidian note is better than editing html in messy long list table.

Is the dev of this plugin planning to make fix for this?
