[BUG] - Auto Updater Broke

Describe the bug
Not updating correctly. It downloads the assets folder from GitHub. However, it does not install the new version at all. The program then tries to run it. and crashes stating the new version can not be found.

I believe that antivirus is catching Setup.exe and keeping Squirrel from running it.

Still broke (V0.7.1), on my individual computer at least. Curious to know if anyone else is experiencing this bug?

Auto Updating from Version 0.7.3 to Version 0.7.4 works on my computer. I need some "beta" testers to verify this.

If you are reading this please Download and install Version 0.7.3, and select "yes" when the update screen pops up. If you would let me know if it works or not, I would appreciate it.

Also, please note: After you select "Yes" the screen will disappear. NO OTHER SCREEN WILL DISPLAY. You will either get an Error or version 0.7.4 will open.

This seems to be Fixed in Version 0.7.3 and Later.

I did introduce some old code for the "Processing Update" screen in Version 0.7.5. This may or may not break updating from Version 0.7.5 to Version 0.7.6. I will leave this issue open until Version 0.7.6 is released.
