If you mean the video options are vanilla, it because lunar client hasnt added optifine to new version as of yet.

in 1.18.1 i have the same problem

so when i launch 1.18.1 in the LCQT it launches normal vanilla minecraft

it launches pre release when i already selected optfine on the video options
