This is the first release of the pc-ble-driver-js.

pc-ble-driver-js is a NodeJS AddOn for the pc-ble-driver library. Not all of the pc-ble-driver library functionality is available from the AddOn.

The purpose of this release is to support pc-yggdrasil v0.7.0 use cases.
