Roles don't always spawn, even if they are set to. (Caused by lost RPC packets) #40

Version: bf925e1

Steps to reproduce:

  • Local Lobby with 4 clients
  • Settings:
    • Medic Spawn Chance: 0%
    • Engineer Spawn Chance: 0%
    • Officer Spawn Chance: 100%
    • Joker Spawn Chance: 100%
    • Imposter: 1

Expected Behaviour:
The game starts with 1 Imposter, 1 Officer, 1 Joker and 1 Crewmate

Actual Behaviour:
Sometimes it works as expected, but it can happen that there is only 1 Joker and 2 Crewmates or even 3 Crewmates

Thanks, I'll look into this when I have the time. A lot of people have reported this, but I think it might've been fixed in the current unfinished codebase re-write.

The cause of this is now known, and this will be fixed asap.
