-Input: description of the input's format (and options)
-pcaviz_rotate: it could be nice to be able to rotate only one column of the data. The minimum is two, by default PC1 and PC2.
-Dealing with ancient or projected data (from smartpca in this case): two layers plot. Plot subsets of the data using different arguments (colours/labels/transparency) in the same plot. The idea here is to highlight your ancient data for example.

A transparency argument has been added, and it is illustrated in the POPRES vignette.
