Event raids do not appear in the raid finder

Currently very relevant for Shenxian. Might I suggest a system where additional raids found during the twitter search are included without an icon?

Should be pretty easy to include it without an icon and have those event raids show up automatically.
However it needs to know the minimum level requirement to enter that raid so it can queue it up to get updated info.

I'm adding a page for statistics and will look at this after that's up.
