When first heating the nozzle from cold the printer will sometimes give a thermal runaway warning. The nozzle can still be heated up in steps so it is probably a problem with heating the nozzle faster than the protection allows

MarlinFirmware/Marlin#8903

Possible fix is to run the auto PID autotune. Problem is, this is probably disabled in the firmware
