In order to give some more visibility into the topics we cover in the TDC meetings here is the planned agenda for the next meeting. Hopefully this will allow people to plan to attend meetings for topics that they have an interest in. And for folks who cannot attend they can comment on this issue prior to the meeting. Feel free to suggest other potential agenda topics.

For the last meeting of 2024, let's:

1. Identify any community contributions/issues around the existing spec that may need attention (as those probably shouldn't languish until the new year if we can help it!)
2. Set ourselves up for success in Jan. by discussing things like the operational issues around adding a Moonwalk SIG (and as popped up in today's Zoom chat, consider might it be time to revisit the TSC membership, etc)
3. Take a moment to reflect on 2023, the challenges we've faced, and the progress we've made!

Reflecting on 2023, we talked about the activity in the SIGs, the move to being more present at other conferences rather than having our own - and universally agreed that that things are generally positive. We saw more community interaction around our slack channels, issues, PRs and weekly meeting - including a newcomer saying they felt welcome! In the wider industry, the adoption of OpenAPI 3.1 is growing, which is a good indicator.

We discussed if adding CODEOWNERS to the repo is an option, the discussion is in its own repo here #3473 . The suggestion is to add more project maintainers that could access other aspects of the repo, and restrict approval and merging of the versions folder to TSC members only.

Moonwalk will become a separate SIG, with a leader and a weekly meeting slot (potentially the same time of day as TSC, but on Tuesdays). This means the weekly open community meeting remains focused on the existing OpenAPI 3 project while OpenAPI 4 is under development during 2024.
