This agenda gives visibility into discussion topics for the weekly Technical Developer Community (TDC) meetings. Sharing agenda items in advance allows people to plan to attend meetings where they have an interest in specific topics.

Whether attending or not, anyone can comment on this issue prior to the meeting to suggest topics or to add comments on planned topics or proposals.

We reviewed the release process as outlined in https://github.com/OAI/OpenAPI-Specification/blob/main/DEVELOPMENT.md#release-process and established that a patch release should have a draft release with release notes on github, and a pull request with a majority of TSC members approving it (currently 8 members, so we need 5 approvals)

We will proceed to get the patch PRs open so that the releases can go out soon - @lornajane and @handrews are on the hook for a release blog post and probably the release notes for the github release as well. We do not expect further changes to 3.0.4 (or any future 3.0.x release) or 3.1.1 now.

Also @handrews shared the great big structure diagram of OpenAPI relations ( do you have a link for that? ).

@lornajane no link for that diagram yet, I'm continuing to work on it and will post it (and the diagram from last week) when it's a bit more settled.
