+In the event of an accidental breaking change, we will deprecate the package version, specify an alternate version, and unlist the package version. To do this:
+1. Go to the "management" page for the package version, something like this: `https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.OData.Edm/7.18.0/Manage`
+2. In the "Deprecation" section:
+    1. Check "Other"
+    2. Indicate the alternate version by entering the package name (e.g. Microsoft.OData.Edm)
+    3. Select "Latest" as the version.
+    4. Add the custom message of "This version contains a breaking change in the {TODO} API."
+    5. Click "Save"
