Display cart even when sinlge_tracks is nil! #402

A client's cart had sinlge_tracks = nil instead oh [] which should not happen, leading to a 500 error when accessing CART

I don't know how the issue occured, and was not able to reproduce
solution: if statement to make sure the cart displays even if sinlge_tracks = nil
