Current Behavior

the current project documentation is given in the following link

https://opcfoundation.github.io/UA-.NETStandard/help/index.htm#server_development.htm

can anybody tell me how old it is, or is there any new version of it?? I'm not able to follow the instructions in it, partly because the folders and file given in the instructions doesn't match the current status and the requirements are also different.

As far as I know, there is no newer version available.
This documentation you linked was last updated on August 28, 2015.

From my experience its best to have a brief look into the sample or workshop applications and from then on look into the SDKs Tests to understand how to use it, since the documentation is pretty much obsolete...
