At this time, the scene displayed in Program Out appears to be the copied one, and the output content of Branch Output is what was displayed in the preview.

Therefore, the proper behavior is to output the contents of the copied Program Out scene to Branch Output, but this requires a major change in the mechanism.

Scenes displayed in Program Out are internally treated as different sources, so special behavior is required when in Studio mode.

The second solution is to ignore the program-out scene altogether. This means that any changes made to the scene are immediately reflected in the Branch Output, whether or not they appear in Program Out. This seems more realistic.

Workaround until the bug is fixed:

Uncheck Duplicate Scene and Duplicate Sources in the transition settings
