Allow user to delete data point on Device page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If there is something wrong with a testing environment, users could obtain faulty/useless data. To preserve the value of the existing data associated with the device, allow functionality to delete data points without deleting the Device/Network.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include "delete" button to the right of each row in the data table on the Device page which will delete that document from the Device's database. Include a warning message that the delete is permanent before removal.
