Publishing

Check for any book in the group, with no chapters, or chapters with no content.
Store these things in documents(book and chapter) itself. Modify following to suit this
- Create
- Update
- Delete

Deleting

If it already contains content. warn about its deletion.
Still published things should not be allowed to delete.
