• Requires updates to account for current best practices
• Update: [Secure Product Design] Merge proposed Secure Design Principles Cheat Sheet and update #1114

How should this be resolved?

• I propose changing the current cheat sheet to align with the Shifting the Balance of Cybersecurity Risk: Principles and Approaches for Secure by Design Software publication.
• The intended final result would follow the broad structure of the publication, but in a more palatable and actionable form, along with links to existing cheat sheets for brevity.

Would like open up discussion on whether it would make sense to rename the cheat sheet to Secure By Design Cheat Sheet

@mackowski haven't had a chance so far, will take a look at it towards the end of december unless someone else wants to take it on
