Replication from project pages

Feedback received:
There's huge replication of project intro content, with the risk of going stale because the projects won't see updating the dev guide as their cup of tea probably. Would includes be an option maybe?

I do not think this is actually true.
Each page in the Developer Guide that describes an OWASP project tries to answer the following questions in its own words :

1. Introduction, summarising the project at a very high level:
   supply a couple of sentences on the project including its status as an OWASP project and where to find it
2. The 'What', explaining what the project is to a general level:
   go into more detail about the project so that a developer can gain an overview of what this project can provide for them
3. The 'Why', explaining why developers will want to use the project:
   provide more context for project that allows developers to determine whether to use it in their team
4. The 'How', describe how to get started with the project
   give a brief outline of how the project provides value for a web application development team
   Do not repeat the project documentation itself; ideally provide a primer and a pointer to the project documentation
5. Further reading or resources, if any, providing links on the project at an advanced/detailed level

Very little of this text is taken from any project intro content.

closing this discussion, the project specific pages in the Developer Guide are akin to a 'Lonely Planet' guide and are there just to lead the reader to the project sites
