Counter is not correct for certain squares

If you count diagonals as neighbor squares then certain squares don't count bombs as neighbors.

example: I clicked on a bomb but the square should have mentioned 3 not 2.

This icon means that you have flagged a cell without a bomb in it. So the counter works correctly and there are only two neighbors bombs.

Correct me if I am wrong, but If the flagged cell doesn't have a bomb then the squares on the top of the flagged tile that aren't adjacent to the 2 bombs should not have 1 in them right?

Edit: I am wrong. I got the logic. So the moment I click on the tile with a bomb (and trigger gameover) it shows me where I should have clicked instead of putting a flag, am I right?

After the game over the game just reveals all bombs.
By the way, it is a classic minesweeper game and you can find detailed rules on the internet.

I know the game.. but somehow never really bothered to learn all the rules. 👍
