Attaching files via webclient and python client fails with 2.2.9 #7

With the 2.2.9 service, the webclient and the pyOlog library seem to be unable to attach a file. The same operation does succeed with the java client in cs-studio.

After updating the webclient, to the latest Olog/logbook using google-chrome we are still unable to create log entries with attachments.
